EIC admission consulting arm is the largest business unit within EIC Education Group. The consulting team has 30 branch offices located in most of the provincial capital cities in mainland China. The professional admission consultants and service consultants in those branch offices are divided into 6 different teams responsible for the following study abroad destinations: US, UK & Ireland, Europe, Canada, Australia & New Zealand and Asia. More than 40% of EIC consultants have overseas educational degrees, and many admission consultants are British Council certified or US News certified. We offer our students consulting services to help them prepare for the selection, application and admission process for overseas educational institutions. Our consulting services cover all levels of education, including school, undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate and PhD studies. Our consultants provide not only school selection and application guidance, but also help students plan for their GPA management, research and extra-curricular activities, career guidance along the process.

EIC has two headquarter teams managing the training and support for branch offices: Program Management Center and Service Management Center. Program Management Center is responsible for admission consultant training, marketing planning, product management and partner management. We have 6 product Directors responsible for the sales and marketing operation for the different study abroad destinations. They are heading all potential partnership and cooperation initiatives. Service Management team is responsible for the after sales service consultant training, service SOP management and monitoring.

To further enhance EIC consulting’s admission success, EIC consulting introduced a planning based methodology to mentor students for an early start preparation. Since 2015, we phased in a series of high-end consulting services called PO, SO and Golden Maple with US, UK, Canada and Asia and Europe teams. We introduced the role of planning consultant to form a golden triangle team with admission and service consultants. The goal of these high-end services is to provide prestigious support in academic planning and overall capability enhancement in an aim for better success rate for top school application.

In 2006, EIC consulting set up its first overseas office in Sydney, and later rolled out to Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Our Australia office set a great role model for excellent overseas student support ranged from departure support, to after school tutoring, school transfer, immigration planning and local job search. EIC consulting opened our Toronto and Vancouver offices in Canada in 2016 and then Manchester office in UK in 2018. Our goal is to be where our students needs us the most in their pursuit of overseas studying.

Utilizing its student database, EIC consulting issued a full range of market reports on Chinese students’ overseas studying based on major country destination. We are the very first educational institution that released reports on Japan, New Zealand, and Ireland. We also work with renowned Chinese university on report of the Overseas Adaptability of Younger-Aged Students; work with job hunting platform on report of the Employment Competence of Returning Students. Our bi-annual report on Potential Student Studying Abroad Survey sets the benchmarks for the industry market sentiment and receives wide media coverage.

EIC is proud to represent more than 3000 universities or schools worldwide to conduct student recruitment in China. We have designated international partnership managers for each country destination and formulate marketing strategies with our key partners on an annual basis. Our partnership teams work closely with each partner institution and pass along admission related information and data to the China market in a timely manner. We utilize our official website, social media channels and offline marketing campaign to promote the advantages and characteristics of different programs.
